How to book with us?
Follow the steps below!
- Dm us about the concert that you're interested in! (Name of Band/Group/Singer + Country)
- Let us know the amount of tickets you need
- Transfer the deposit (service charge) to secure your slot
- Seat selection form will be provided nearer to the ticketing date (one/two days before)
- Transfer the remaining amount (ticket price + extra charges by organiser/website)
- Fill in the form correctly
- Sit tight and wait for our updates!
✰ Before placing a deposit, please make sure that you have gone through our terms & conditions

Terms and Conditions
- Refunds of service charge
- If failed to secure: ticket amount + 50% of service fee will be refunded
- If concert is cancelled: ONLY ticket amount will be refunded, service charge will NOT be refunded
- If ticket is secured: NO refunds
- If back-out before ticketing: deposit is NOT refundable
- Failed to make full payment before deadline: your slot will AUTOMATICALLY be cancelled + deposit of your slot will not be refunded
- Service charge will NOT be refunded if your (customer) manage to get the tickets yourself as resources are used to purchase your tickets
- Refunds will take up to 48 HOURS due to bank limit
- Rude and fussy buyers will be IGNORED
- For overseas concert, buyers are responsible for the credit card charges/exchange rate
- Service charge DOES NOT include the fees charged by organizers/website
- FULL PAYMENT (service charge + ticket price) is needed to proceed with ticketing
- If you can't attend the concert due to any reasons and decide to resell the ticket, we will NOT be responsible if your buyer can't enter as the ticket is already passed to a third party
- Please DO NOT dm us or use our service if you don't trust us!
- Strictly NO spamming during ticketing

Yes, we charge by the type of ticketing (e.g. presale ticketing will be more pricey compared to general sale).
If you opted for presales and we failed to get your tickets, your slot will automatically be carried forward to other sales with NO EXTRA CHARGES
A PDF version of your ticket will be sent via whatsapp and meet-ups/postage will be available for physical tickets
